By making sure the client has a specific motive that encourages them to reach those goals. And most of all progress at the clients pace.

Having a reason for getting that body is key, but from there it’s purely Determination, Dedication and Discipline. You’ve got to make it a life commitment!

I hate the way the fitness industry has ruined the perception of health and fitness as a whole, by creating a stigma around the idea of exercising etc; e.g “what you can and can’t do or how much you should spend” etc.

They should choose whoever suits their criteria, however I have studied and trained as a fitness instructor and PT and absolutely love fitness... a bit too much

The best way to get in shape and keep it that way, is to have someone help you along the way. Our 1 to 1 personal training service offers a vigorous 12 week workout and meal plan, with direct access to a personal trainer who offers advice and tips along the way.

If you're feeling confident or have no interest is the exercise side of things, but would still like a hand with meal planning, then check out our Nutrition Plan offer. Each meal plan is carefully planned and designed around your preferences. It lasts for up to 12 weeks, but can eaaily be renewed If you so desire.

For those who only require a highly detailed and personal workout plan, then look no further. Pur workout plans are designed to fit each client's; needs, preferences and capabilities. Each plan will last for 12 weeks but can easily be renewed if you so wish.
