We work with interior design for Commercial and Residential projects and planning applications for house extensions. Our projects start with the Concept Design, and we prepare all drawings for planning applications, we deal with the Local Authorities, and after your project is approved we prepare all the construction drawings.

We have a first meeting with the client online to understand the client's needs.
The next step is to send a design fee proposal.
After the client accepts the proposal we will survey the property with a 3D camera survey or laser survey.
We prepare a group of plans and elevations in 3D for client comments.
We will send the plans via email and after the client analyses and makes their comments, we will revise the plans for final approval.
After we will send the plans to the Local Authority to be approved.
The next step is the construction drawings for Building Control approval and construction. We send all our construction plans for the specialist (structural engineer, mechanical specialist, plumbing consultant, etc) to be detailed.
We also provide an Interior design service, choosing materials, finishes, ironmongery, sanitaryware, and furniture.
