What do you love most about your job?
We love the fact that we provide high-quality person centred care for the elderly and individuals with disability living by pairing them with the most suitable carer for their individual needs to improve their quality of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our service becouse alot of people would love to stay with comfort of their home as long as possible instead of going in to care home/nursing homes.
Assured Care Services is an optimal choice that allows residents to stay within the comfort of their own home while receiving top quality carer services and that is what has inspired us to start our services.

All of our services are regulated by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 in order to ensure the safety and the best possible quality of care of all our service users.
Our slogan is ensuring high quality care for you and your loved ones that improves your quality of life. This is our number one priority, and we take pride in ensuring that you and your loved ones receive the best quality service possible throughout each step of the process of working with us and our carers.
No two people are the same and the needs of each and every individual is different from the next. We offer a tailormade approach to every single one of our Services users, and we firmly believe in having a tactful, professional yet friendly approach. All our carers are thoroughly trained and highly skilled within their specialisations, and all our employments are made directly, including those of multi-lingual senior managers and support workers. We have safeguarding processes and systems to ensure we only employ the best quality carers. All Assured Care Services employees have care certificates and undertake mandatory courses such as safeguarding, medication safety, mental health capacity, infection control, food hygiene, first aid and many more to ensure they provide the best possible care services. All are required to, at minimum, have a qualification QCF level ½ in health and social care. We get to know our carers thoroughly so that when time comes to pair you or your loved one with a carer, we make sure that we are finding the most suitable one possible. We look at each case individually to make sure that we know the individual requirements, and we pair our Services users with the carers who are best trained and experienced within their specific needs.
Additionally, in order to make the best possible match, we encourage our Services users to get to know their carers well. Allowing someone new into your home is a big decision to make, and we want to make sure that you and your loved ones feel personally comfortable and confident in knowing that you have made the right decision with our carers.

At the same time, we provide much-needed respite for family caregivers, reducing their risk of caregiver burnout.
