What do you love most about your job?
This may sound cliche, however I enjoy making a difference to the lives of the service users I encounter on a daily basis.
I like knowing that I am able to form meaningful relationships with our clients and my team work tirelessly in ensuring that the service provided is of the highest quality. Our clients needs are alsways placed at the forefront, which means care is provided in accordance to your needs.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Assure Care Ltd was founded after years of research into the care industry. The founder, Kadian having worked in Adult Social Care for a number years felt that there was a need for an agency that could consistently deliver timely and quality care and support to those who are reliant on care services. Assure Care Ltd aims to delivery daily care in accordance to your assessed needs and will ensure that a stringent recruitment process is adhered to, to ensure the safety and security of those who use our services. We understand that service users are unique in their needs and capabilities, hence service delivery will be person centered. Your safety and welfare is paramount and thus all necessary checks will be conducted and training offered to our staff to ensure a seamless service. Assure Care Ltd provides a range of services intended to enable service users to live in the comfort of your own home 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Domicilary Care
We will keep you at the heart of our service delivery, your independence is paramount to care delivery and we work with you to ensure your independence and autonomy at each stage. We will carefully listen to your needs/requirements and together we will tailor your care accordingly.
Live-in Care
Live -In Care enables you to continue living independently in the comfort of your own home. Your care will be facilitated by skilled care workers who will be at hand to offer support 24 hours per day. You can rest assured knowing that your complete needs will be met by trained, competent members of staff and your personal care package will be tailored to suit you individual needs.
Reablement Care
In the event of poor health you may require a period of medical intervention or hospital admission. Once discharged, support may be required in order to help you to readjust to your life back at home. At Assure Care, we provide competent professionals who will assess your needs and work with you to create a clear plan for your rehabilitation in the comfort of your own home.
Palliative Care
The ethos of Assure Care is to provide safe, reliable and compassionate care at every stage of your life. We understand that individuals with life limiting conditions may wish to remain at home where they can be cared for in the presence of loved ones and those nearest and dearest.
Respite Care
Do you require support while your main carer is away or does your primary carer require a break from their responsibilities? Assure Care provides carers who will bridge the gap and provide you with the care and support that you need to maintain your health and safety in the comfort of your home.
Shopping/Errands & Social Activities
We provide support with shopping, errands as well as escort to appointments and social activities.
