poor customer service, initially the call out was fine and whilst in lockdown to get the part needed may take a couple of weeks. 4 weeks later and 3 messages left still no part or no reply. finally got a call back after 4 weeks to confirm they still did not have the part in stock. got told venomously that they had called me back once and I must of missed it but they had the wrong number!! for a company that advertise that they are a family business and built on customer service they need to get some training. overall less than poor. Always brilliant! I always use this company for all repairs and new appliances. Today really touched my heart though... due to having a 0 hour contract in my main job which is now closed I decided to delay having my dryer fixed for the time being which was booked to be done tomorrow. .. I got a phone call today to say it was still being fixed and Alex would be at my house in 15 mins. Contacted Aspull domestics last week requesting a call out as our washing machine was displaying an error code we failed to resolve. An engineer “Steve” attended and diagnosed the fault straight away and advised how we could resolve the error. Came out to look at a broken washer and found that the motor was gone.... I mentioned it was my daughters birthday today(balloons and presents everywhere) He said they had a washing machine for me and could fit it and take the old away.
