What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is working with people. I personally connect the strongest with young men who are between 18-40 years old, hungry for life but lack the support and foundations. I also value working with other dads who want to make their lives the best it can be for others. Through my relationship with Vicky I have really opened my eyes to couples and relationships. Why wait until you nearly hit the wall? To work on our relationships now in line with the highest possible good - and to enjoy the journey, this is key.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was seeing that as much as I did well in my job and on a financial side, no success outside of the home can ever compensate for failure within (Dr S Covey). This made me stop and really look at how I build value and to find ways of making things right and helping people outside my own front doors while caring for those inside.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are someone who is serious about making positive change and you don't mind someone being real and respectful with you, then you ought to choose me. The more you put in, the more I can and will. Thats the principle. The more effort and care we put in, the more we get out.

Career Selection & Kickstarter
By far my most popular service. A basic and helpful assessment looking at your personal background and reviewing your options on a professional and personal level. This is based on what you would like for your future and a pragmatic plan on how to overcome the barriers on how to get there. Typically consists of 3 one to one coaching sessions and a personal action plan.
Investment: 4 hours, £200 paid up front.
Career Prospects Boost
This is becoming more popular. In a world where there is increasing competition and very little support for people, the career coaching program is designed to provide the professional support and perspective to help you to get the training and support you were never given, this includes:
*Leadership development
* Delegation training
*Management development and how to lead people
*Conflict management and resolution
Investment: 1 hour per week, £75 per session.
Career Change - mid career
I have helped many people with children and homes change their careers during difficult times. It can be done, its not easy but definitely fulfilling. What you can expect is the following:
*Personal SWOT analysis as well as risk assessment of the career change you are looking for.
*Support in mapping out what changes need to be made and the development of a network to help you make the transition
*A personalised service that includes supporting you through your moments of challenge and resistance, which we all have
