We got ASG to help us with our house extension project and since then our project is sailing smooth.
Amar is really good at what he does and I must say his quotes are very very competitive.
Amar's suggestions are very impressive and he would go above the expectations to make you happy.
ASG is handling our project from architecture to build and till date we have no complaints.
I would highly recommend him and wouldn't even think of anyone else if I have to get something done in future.

Most garages are suitable to convert. If you are in a conservation area this has different regulations.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?

2: Apply for Building control application. ( How you are building it? Materials).
3: Find a suitable builder and carry out the works.

Generally, if you can stand in the middle of the apex or its over 2,6M-3M in height its suitable for conversion.
Dormers are limited to conservation areas. Please call for more information as each house has different criteria.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
First, build out the loft void with beams and joists.
Get as much done as possible before breaking through the ceiling to the existing house as this is the messy part.
What do you love most about your job?
Making designs on paper turn into reality.
Helping customers with their dreams come true.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to be my own boss. I have worked for some superb architects on landmark schemes and have always appreciated the knowledge passed down.
Why should our clients choose you?
We aim to specialise in designing problems out at an early stage to minimise the disruptions at the build stage.

This involves a consultation and feasibility study to assess how the property can be extended or modernized sympathetically to its environment.
Survey
Once the feasibility study has been carried out and the client is happy to proceed, we then measure the existing property and then draw up the existing layout.
Permitted development or Planning Permission app.
In most cases, either of these will need to be submitted. These are compiled from the initial design proposals assess at stage 1.
Building control application.
This involves adding construction information to the drawings produced at the planning stage. This in general terms means how you are going to build your dream home. This stage could involve a structural engineer if your proposal includes taking load-bearing walls down.
Building your dream home.
Once all permits and approvals have been gained it's time to choose a contractor and start your building work. Please note you may need a party wall agreement prior to this. See party wall act online or we can advise an assessor on your behalf.
