One that perfectly fits the needs of the owner and the needs of the customer.

Describe your creative process.
When I have an idea of your style and needs I produce several mock-ups of different approaches and styles, we then discuss and revise, discuss and revise until you are happy with the direction. I then start building or designing (in the case of graphic design / logos) with regular discussions to make sure that you are kept fully aware of how it is coming together. The key to being happy is that there are no nasty surprises at the end!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Meeting over a coffee or over the phone / email to discuss the project initially. I will gather information on what you are trying to achieve. Most people have an idea of how they need to come across to the end user, so it is important for me to appreciate who their audience is.
I like to understand who inspires them in their industry so we can see what works for them, what elements have you seen elsewhere that appeals to you.
What do you love most about your job?
Creativity and problem solving. Every new project is a chance to really help the people I am working with. i love hearing that what I have produced is making a real success of my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The belief that high end skills should not be just available to the huge companies
Why should our clients choose you?
I have provable experience and do this for a living and am not just somebody doing this as a hobby. I have spent decades with companies of all sizes coming up with their dream sites from scratch or sometimes fixing the mistakes that their 'friends son' has made to your website! I am reasonably priced and not precious about making changes if you do not like something.
