The only downside was the delivery of the sample, from a royal mail 1st class box took a week. I appreciate it says there may be delays, but when I enquired they said it could be 10 days. First time I ever used any kind of asbestos testing service, so I don't have reference, but I am very happy with it. Testing for asbestos and awaiting for results can be a bit anxious experience, especially if you're testing your own residential property, so the fact they texted me once they received samples was very helpful. Good to follow instructions. The only thing I'd suggest to improve is to make visual example of the required size of the sample. I think the price is reasonable and the fact that there is option to add more samples even after you received your kit, could be very helpful in some occasions. More...
