My session with Anjali was focusing on overwhelm and transitioning from burnout and making decisions about what to do and how to move forward. Anjali built rapport with me quickly and identified on a bodily level my sense of overwhelm. She worked effectively to bring me back into the present moment to identify what is real right now for me as opposed to living in the 'shoulds' and comparisons that were influencing my thinking. This was helpful in stepping back to ask myself what do I need right now. Anjali use reframing with me to identify the positives of my new position, to focus on strengths rather than being in a place of lack. She also used a technique of moving into the future as my highest self to give myself advice today. Again this was useful to anchor in what are the things that matter most and that I need to focus on to support me in continuing on this challenging journey. Anjali worked with me to identify what I need right now and over the next week that I can achieve, to realign myself with myself and how she could provide accountability for me to do this. I felt Anjali to be warm, compassionate, astute and her mindful awareness was also a strength which enabled me to connect with her, share and feel supported easily. Thank you again for the session. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work remotely online or hubris so customers and myself are safe from Co-vid. When meeting in person, a lateral flow test is required by all parties.
