Always able to get answers on phone calls and emails pricing jobs very efficient and good advice when attending my property as to what and where to put units. Booking date around my availability was helpful keeping me updated until insulation day which goes well very polite staff shoes off when in side cleaning up after work was finished this was my second unit fitted by Artel being so pleased with the 1st I didn’t even get a second quote for this one More...

We recently had Artel install an air conditioning system in our office. All went to plan and install team where A1. Communication and timeline of survey, install and commissioning all excellent and flexible.
We are very pleased with the new system and all is working well. Handover was very good and manuals and certificates all issued in good time.
We would use Artel again and are happy to recommend.

Very reliable, professional and trustful company.
All the engineers that been on our site to service and install our Air Condition units were very professional and extremely polite.
I'm a Facilities Manager and worked with lots of contractors, Artel have shown me that they have high level of technical support not only from their engineers, but their customer service is very professional, including replaying to our emergency call outs on out of hours. We had our AHU faulty for more than 2 years and after numerous call outs by other contractors Artel have taken over and repair the AHU from the first site attendance.
