All relevant COVID 19 advice and changes have been made in accordance with government guidelines for the property industry.
Property sales
We will value, market and sell your property whilst keeping you informed of all offers of purchase during the process. We advertise extensively on national property portals and social media sites. We have an associated conveyancer and mortgage broker should you need assistance with a mortgage or your legal work. We can also undertake other tasks such as arranging EPCs, Gas Safety Inspections etc.
Lettings and Property Management
We offer a let only or full lettings management service which includes valuing and marketing the property for rent, obtaining fully referenced tenants, protecting the security deposit in our government backed insurance scheme, managing the property including safety certificates, check in and check out inspections, raising inventories, arranging repairs and maintenance and bill management. We also specialise in managing HMOs.
Conveyancing and Mortgage referrals
We work closely with a conveyancer and Mortgage broker for all your requirements whether selling or buying a property.
