Elliot breaks down the steps for different abilities and gives you the support you need to feel as confident and comfortable as you can while swinging a heavy lump of metal around. Armoured muscle is brilliant. It's so much fun, different levels to work towards. There is a range of different exercises, challenges and games to build skills. Combines hardworking ethic with fun and enjoyable sessions. The group classes are great and the everyone involved enjoys and creates a great atmosphere to work within.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Put it this way, you can lose weight through nutrition alone but nutrition AND exercise has additional benefits. So yes, very important.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It starts with getting your goals lined up. Unlike most trainers we spend a few hours in a consultation to really identify what it is you want an d why. From there a customised plan will be made to get you on your journey only the correct path.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency - you could do the perfect workout and nutrition for a day...but...unless you did it again tomorrow it's worth nothing.
What do you love most about your job?
When people get those bonuses. Yes they lose weight but when they report better sleep, reduced stress, easier daily living. It fills me with pride to see a person realise there's more to diet and exercise than weight loss.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife runs her own self employed dog walking business. When my time in the Royal Air Force came to an end I took inspiration from her to be my own boss.
The choice to be a personal trainer was many. Needless to say, coming from a few years instructing in the forces, the desire to help people carried over.
