What do you love most about your job?
Norwich is such a diverse city, with people from all walks of life living amongst an eclectic mix of properties.
You could venture down one avenue and have a doctor living in a five bed terrace with their family, and attached next door is a 6 bedroom student property. Two such contrasting households living together within a community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over recent years we could see that estate agency has become more about numbers and targets rather than being service-oriented and customer led. We were constantly hearing from friends, family, and clients that when they call their agent, the agent doesn't know who they are or isn't familiar with their property.

Choosing an estate agent is a huge decision. First and foremost, it’s a relationship that is going to be several months or more so you’ll need an agent that puts you and your needs first.
We are client centric. We work as a combined sales force to offer a service of the highest quality, whether its renting a property at £400 per month or selling an entire investment portfolio in excess of £1,000,000.
Our approach is very simple! Treat customers how you like to be treated yourself and do everything that you can to assist. Be honest and give good sound advice to the best of our knowledge and go that extra mile as it will be appreciated by all.

Property viewings can be conducted remotely using video tours and live viewings. We use Teams, Facetime, WhatsApp and Zoom to communicate with clients that prefer remote face-to-face viewings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks and social distancing are no longer required when visiting our office.
We are guided by our clients and their preferences when visiting/viewing properties. If required by a homeowner or viewer we will request that masks and distancing practices be adhered to.
