We specialise in new -build in a contemporary style, but also undertake projects, such as stand alone annexes etc . We provide a complete service from initial concept to building regulations.

We offer a free initial consultation, at the site / home to discuss initial ideas and then will produce a fixed fee schedule from that meeting.

With our experience of build methods and materials we are often instructed to project manage or supervise the build as it progresses. There are always questions that need answering from you the client and it may be that the builder will need guidance in certain areas, to help conform to modern building regulations..
