They responded very quickly and gave us a quote for the fitting
but required discussion as to the intended work and possible extra costs.
They were aware of the supplier and we asked them to liase for an overall supply and fit. A date was proposed to
meet and discuss the project including supply but unfortunately
the technician forgot the meeting when we phoned to ask him the time he was coming. For what was considered a 2 day job we lost 3 weeks betwixt him planning with the supplier.
A further meeting was suggested but we had Covid.
We have still not received details of the supply and are now on
holiday so no action has been taken. Connor seemed very professional but perhaps somewhat lapse in using a diary of
meetings.
