APT Design Services is a studio based architectural practice in the Warwickshire area offering a range of services from architectural design ideas and advice, drawings for new build homes, extensions and conversions, conservation and listed building advice, planning applications and building regulation applications including full construction drawing packages, architectural surveys through to design and CAD Services.

We will take you through the process of extending your property or designing your dream home and we will listen to what you want. We will prepare all the drawings & applications, start talks with our list of trusted builders on your behalf (unless you already have a builder lined up) and make the experience of improving your home trouble free.

We are there from the start to the finish of the job working for you, the client, to oversee the building process and answer any questions you have during the construction period.
