About

Apollo24 Healthcare Services Ltd was set up to provide holistic domiciliary care and support at-home care services for vulnerable adults with dementia and physical disabilities based in Aylesbury and surrounding areas. We provide professional person-centred care tailored to meet our service users' individual healthcare needs in the comfort of their homes and communities where they feel familiar and safe.

We support individuals who need extra help to remain independent and want to live in their own homes. Our services are tailor-made to promote individual well-being, keep people safe, support them to do as much as possible for themselves, and allow them to live as independently. Our support will prevent our service users from going into bed-based services such as residential homes, hospitals, or other formal care settings.


Apollo24 Healthcare Services Ltd was set up to provide holistic domiciliary care support, home care services, live-in care support, companion care, housekeeping and personal assistant support, 24 hours a day over seven days a week for vulnerable older people in Aylesbury and surrounding areas.
