Very friendly workplace. All the staff are incredibly compassionate and well educated due to the lengthy training that takes place before they're left to administer care. Also a lot of time spent making sure each client and carer are comfortable with each other before they see each other 1-1 to prevent anyone feeling uncomfortable in their home/workplace.
