What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a passion for making a difference in peoples lives, being in the Homecare Sector allows me to keep doing this ensuring people can remain in their own home for as long as possible. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone's face light up when you visit and take time with them. I always believe that the time I spend with individuals is quality time and they are the only focus I have this allows me to make each individual feel special and that they make a difference to my life as much as I make a difference to theirs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My journey in care started when I was 16 years old, I made a cup of tea for a lady in a nursing home, the look on this beautiful ladies face when I placed the cup on the table touched a place in my heart I knew from that moment on I was going to own my own business and make a difference to my Service Users life
The reason behind Aphoenix Care is the passion to make a difference as small as each day can be, but to make a difference to one person each day, makes each day worthwhile.

We are a family run business with a team who share the same values and puts the Service Users first going above and beyond to facilitate people to stay in their home home for as long as possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all Government Guidance and use PPE Equipment as and when required.

We provide all personal support within a dignified way to make you feel at ease accepting the support.

We can offer 24/7 live in support each care package is bespoke to your requirements
Social outings, Medical appointments
We have our own fully insured bus to support with medical appointments.
We also have a regular club for our service users to meet up this is free to service users where you will have a meal and a time to interact with other people.
We arrange social outings for Service Users.
