I would have no hesitation in recommending Apex Property Services.
We have just had our flat roof to rear and side of our end terrace property replaced by Bernie and John. What a fantastic job they have done. It took a while to initially get hold of Bernie but I am very glad I persevered. His quote was fair and accurate. His work is of a very high standard and Bernie really goes the extra mile to do the best job. Bernie and John were very easy to have around, hard working and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and explained clearly what would be done and when. The job at our home presented a few challenges but these were met with skill and good grace by Bernie and John.

Bernie was superb throughout the process, from initial quote to aftercare. He tried to fit us in as soon as possible, despite the weather not being on our side. Great communication and planning as we waited for a dry period.
After the initial major issue was fixed, Bernie checked in several times to ensure everything was okay, and even popped back when we had a concern that water may have still been getting in from somewhere else.

Bernie came out promptly when we got in touch, had a good look over and discussed what he felt was needed. We got a clear and well-itemised quote from them really quickly, then helpful followup from John. The work was carried out quickly & effectively, with Bernie keeping us informed on what they'd found once they were up on the scaffolding and making sure we understood what work was needed and what was optional.
