Had an awful experience at this gym with a member of staff 6~ months ago, to which I left feedback that was completely ignored until I brought it up with another member of staff (WELL over a month later). After this, I called up to cancel, but found I couldn't leave the gym due to a 12 month minimum term contract (which ended on the 1st of this month), ending early would require me to spend £180+ for the "difference in months". However, as the 1st was a bank holiday, I called up on the 2nd and got told I can't leave until the end of the following month due to a "30 day notice period" (which is ridiculous for a gym). All in all, some of the staff are down right rude, complaints get ignored and the contract is down-right deplorable. I'm down £200+ and can't leave the gym for another 60 days (despite wanting to leave this gym for well over 6 months now). For anyone looking for a gym in Ashford, I implore you to go to literally ANYWHERE else. More...

This place is honestly a dive, they don't even had pads for the barbells and lacking standard equipment, brags "free tanning" but the sun bed is from the 80s and has about 3/30 bulbs working 😂
