I've had the most fortunate experiences purchasing from Jill. I live in the US so all items purchased, were by photos only and all have surpassed my expectations. Packaging has been absolute perfection. One item just received was a very large ornate mirror, all four sides were individual mirror pieces surrounding the center mirror. Shipping something this fragile was risky, but nonetheless Jill excelled and it arrived in perfect condition and the beauty of this piece is like nothing I'ver seen. I feel as if I won the Lottery. There is nothing here in the US that can compare with Jill's prices even with the shipping included. I've also purchased several of Jill's copper pan and casserole sets, which are near impossible to find in the US. I saw a set of beautiful French glasses on Friday and rang to speak to Jill about purchasing them. She was extremely helpful and arranged for the courier to collect them the next day for delivery yesterday. The items arrived incredibly well-packed and even more beautiful than in the picture! I bought two stunning large Persian rugs last week from The Vintage French House. The whole experience from beginning to end was a real pleasure. I saw the rugs on Facebook, spoke to Jill the owner who sent me more images of her other rugs which I bought over the phone. Something about Jill made me feel safe and secure about buying from her and my instincts were spot on! The rugs are of superb quality and exactly as she described. They were packed up carefully and arrived within a couple of days. We are thrilled with them and will certainly buy from this shop again. First visit today and delighted with our purchases. Beautiful items, great quality and excellent customer service. This is a shop that you will find impossible to leave empty handed, I will certainly be back as there were so many lovely items that I have discovered I “need” that for my next trip we will be taking a van.

I ordered a copper pan set which arrived within a couple of days of paying very well wrapped the set was lovely but just one minor problem which was rectified immediately and better than I expected 11 out of 10 for customer care will be buying more items and would highly recommend this company
