A picture was taken of my goods, transferred without me having to travel and confirmation with pictures on arrival.

It has been a wonderful pleasure to work with Musti’s company, Annas Logistics. This was one of 3 companies that provided us with a quotation for our move, relocating up to South Yorkshire from London. We went with Annas Logistics because Must was very calm, clear and didn’t need too much to be able to give us a price. The booking was done 7weeks in advance but he kept in touch which made us feel assured for the day.

Musti arrived very promptly for part one of our move, he was very calm and clear with guidance but not overbearing in anyway. I had my worries that we had too much but he was reassuring, very patient, respectful, professional but also caring towards us.

It was a very long drive to our destination and what we were even most impressed about is, he kept checking in with us over the phone, giving us traffic updates so we were able to find alternative routes, being a bank holiday weekend.

After nearly 6hr drive, he still managed to make offloading more joyous by keeping it so very simple, helping us with advice on a few last minute worries I had with storage for when we make the final journey in a few weeks.

We couldn’t have had a better company and person to support us with our move. The final price wasn’t even as much as we thought it’ll come to because we had more hours than originally planned. Him and his companion for the day provided a professional service with care and much joy. I booked two separate jobs with these guys, they assisted with what I had believed would be a stressful move, thankfully, the whole thing was so stress-free. Ahmar explained everything and things were moved according to instructions. I asked for some furniture to be disassembled and reassembled and the guys did this seemlessly and while the move was taking place I booked another job with Mera who worked hard to fit my busy schedule to have the rest of the items taken to storage. Really happy with our overall move. Ahmar and Musti ensured we had a stress free move. They did everything swiftly from the time they arrived. Our lift broke down which made it difficult to move things from 3rd floor but the guys did a fab job and continuously worked for 7 hours to move things. They also brought as extra person due to that and I was not charged extra for that. We did not have to do anything, while they did the packaging and loading we went out to have coffee. Overall was very surprised how they managed to put everything in a single van.

A great professional and personal moving and logistic service company. Musti, went out of his way to help and provided me with insights which would aid my move and help make it cost effective.
