Anxiety Counselling
We often may not be aware of how we became so anxious, and then started to behave the way we do but working with me, online or in-person, we can unravel the traits and beliefs that may have served you, and bring you to a place of greater peace and harmony. I may invite mindfulness techniques or simply new and fresh perspectives. For some, trauma or childhood experiences may be the root cause.
Trauma Resolution
Whether you are suffering deep post-traumatic stress syndrome or complex PTSD I can help relieve the symptoms interrupting your daily life, interfering with relationships. In fact, no matter how long ago the traumas were experienced, I can potentially bring about a complete resolution for you. I offer Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and The Rewind Technique.
Relationship Counselling
Be that relationship challenges with the family or partner I can help create healthier communication skills and awareness for how best to meet each others needs without losing something any sense of power or place!
