Betty is a bubbly person who is very easy to chat to. She is an excellent cleaner and made us laugh with her love for cleaning toilets. Betty was always early for her shift and arrived looking well presented. Betty put myself and my husband at ease and was very helpful while she was here. Thank you for your help and support, lots of love, Regina and Peter More...

Angels Touch were fantastic and on the task from the moment they arrived at the hospital. The attention to detail and care from day one put myself and the family at ease and we knew had caring professionals taking care of the family. They provided at home care for someone very dear to us, enabling her to come home early while the NHS sorted out longer term care. At home they were fantastic, professional, caring and we couldn't have coped without them at such a difficult time. We cant rate them highly enough, thank you Betty and team! More...

Q&As

My job helps people to be more independent and to remain living in their own homes safely as far as possible. Our service comes in where care and support are needed by vulnerable people. My job is to those who find it difficult to meet everyday living activities without support.

I have worked with local authorities assessing, devising care and support plans with vulnerable adult and their families, carers and arranging services for them. I have been advocating on their behalf so they can get the care and support they deserve. This inspired me to open our own business where I have vast knowledge in.

Clients should choose us because they will receive top-class care, advice and information as I have a wealth of knowledge in this field.

We can not provide services online or remotely, because our services are hands-on with clients and physically support clients in their homes. However, we can give information and advice regarding care and support over the phone as required.

As a company working with vulnerable adults, we have taken the Covid-19 vaccine and continue to have boosters as required.

Services

We provide care and support to those individuals, in need, who approach the agency directly or are referred to us. They may be private service users, those who receive direct payments or are referred from Social Services, Local Councils’ Care Procurement, NHS, CCG and other professional services.
Care will be provided on the clear understanding that:
The needs of each individual have been carefully assessed-before the package commences with Angels-Touch Care Ltd. A Senior Care Worker/Manager will visit service users to complete care needs assessment forms, health and safety check, and Risk Assessment forms. This applies to both privately funded and Social Services funded clients. For the private funded, from this point the company will discuss with them, family or their advocate, their needs and ways of payment, whether they can afford it. If all parties agree, terms and conditions will be explained and costs calculated, a Contract will be drawn, signed and dated. If the service user has been referred by Social Services, a care needs assessment will have already been carried out by Social Services. We will confirm the details of the assessment with them and do our own assessment of the needs of the client in their own home.
i) A personal Person-Centred care plan has been drawn up with the consent and agreement of the individuals receiving care.
ii) Those needs fall into the general classifications of care for which the agency has been registered and is being monitored for.
iii) The service users or their representatives are fully informed and give consent to the service offered.
iv) The workforce of the agency has the competence and experience to handle those individual cases calling for specialist help and support (either immediately, or following specific training).
v) We will ensure to give sufficient information to make sure that service users are able to choose and express their preferences. e.g. Male/ female care worker or preferred time of service delivery.

• There may be a need for a care worker to carry out formal duties during the night e.g. medication, turning, changing and checking continence material.

• Discharge from hospitals can be a daunting experience. We will train our staff to help individuals with those tasks that they cannot do when they are still tender from hospital. This will give them a chance to heal, rehabilitate and recuperate with no strain.

Live-in-Care
• If and as requested by service users, we may place care workers to stay with service users on a live-in basis, ensuring that regular breaks are arranged for the care workers through a replacement on an arranged rota basis.

All of these services are complementary to each other, or they can be used separately depending upon the needs of the individual. We constantly monitor the service and try to be as flexible and responsive as possible to the changing needs of our service users.
Considering the nature of our offer to make every part of the service as person centred as possible, we may have missed some description of duties above. Our service users can rest assured that we will make every effort to meet all their needs with the highest possible quality of service provision.
