Why should our clients choose you?
• I've helped to carry on over 400 bankruptcies of individuals. All cases were conducted from beginning to end, i.e. from filling bankruptcy applications to obtaining a discharge certificates.
• From 2008 to March 2016, I visited with my clients many county courts in England and took part in bankruptcy hearings. Most of them took place in London county courts, especially in Central London County Court and High Court in London. At that time I was filling paper bankruptcy petitions (Bankruptcy Petition – Form 6.27 and Statement of Affairs – Form 6.28).
• Together with my clients I took part in many interviews conducted by examiners in Official Receivers’ offices. Most of them took place at London Insolvency Service, Abbey Orchard St.
• Since April 2016 - after a change in the bankruptcy procedure - I have been doing my job online, but I continue to help my clients with their bankruptcy from start to finish (from filling bankruptcy applications till bankruptcy discharge).

Online or remotely ONLY. All the steps involved in declaring bankruptcy can be done remotely. There is no need for a personal meeting.
The court procedure is also carried out remotely.
Bankruptcy proceeding in England & Wales
• Contacts with customers to assess their financial situation, drawing up statements of income and expenditure of indebted persons to help them to choose the best debt options
• Informing customers about the effects and consequences of bankruptcy
• Filling bankruptcy petitions
• Assistance with any additional procedure ordered by the Adjudicator
• Assistance to my clients with bankruptcy procedure after obtaining Bankruptcy Orders (contact with Official Receivers & Examiners, e-correspondence & documents’ translation etc.) - until the end of bankruptcy and obtaining by my clients Discharge Certificates
• Contacts on behalf of my clients with Official Receivers’ offices to help bankrupts with negotiations regarding Income Payment Agreements
