Excellent!I have rented a property though Andrew Louis and have been extremely pleased. The service that I have received as a client has been superb from all members of staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, especially Andrea. It was difficult for me to view properties due to my working schedule but luckily, it didn’t bother Andrea. She sacrificed her free time to show me properties outside of her working hours. Once I found the right property, there were a few problems which I reported to Andrew Louis. My encounter with everybody at Andrew louis has been very pleasant.I have found the staff to be efficient and responsive, if there is a problem it is sorted in a quick manner and i find everybody friendly and approachable, moreover, they have some employees who can speak different languages which i find very helpful for foreign tenants.

i recently bought a flat through Andrew Louis. i dealt with Jade and Sue from the city centre branch.from the first meeting with Sue to being taken through the buying process bit by bit with Jade, they were incredible. .. they are real people who care about getting what's right for the buyer and seller alike. they are down to earth - there is no BS or estate agent smooth talking, just honesty and insight.i never once felt left out the loop, or like i was one of a long list of jobs to tick off for that day. i always felt they cared and were doing their best to help the sale go through.i cannot recommend both jade and Sue enough for any lettings/sales estate needs you may have... there are tons of estate agents who will take your money and do a half arsed job in return. its very rare to find workers like jade and sue who care and will do a great job for you.10/10!D O'Brien More...

There was a leak into my flat over the weekend, calling the emergency out of hours someone was with me within 20 mins which was amazing! ! Then first thing Monday morning I received a call from Natalie from Block Management to check on me and the flat advising that their property manager was on her way to resolve the issues. Gemma and her team arrived all of which were extremely helpful, they fully explained what had caused the issue and confirmed it had now been repaired which is reassuring.
