Not sure how the gym is still open? It’s absolutely disgusting and filthy, I used to come here everyday and NEVER saw a single person cleaning the gym. Rubbish from week to week would still be on the floor and not picked up. The equipment is dusty and moldey and hardly ever works , the floor is filthy - £35 a month for this gym is disgusting , it makes you wonder where all the money from the memberships is going too , spend a little more and go to a different gym it’s not good for your health to work out in such a disgusting environment - would be zero stars if I could !! Less of a gym, more of a joke. Most of the equipment is broken, Olympic bars bent, weight stacks missing pins, heating on constantly, mushrooms growing on the floor and window ledge, water leaking from ceilings, lights hanging out of sockets. Basically a musty, mouldy, dangerous joke of a gym. More...

Will be reporting Next Gen to trading standards as for over a year of contact I have not been able to cancel my membership and ignored all attempts to do so.

Great price. Gym isn't particularly fancy and a little worn out. Leaks in ceiling, lockers broken etc. But im giving it a 5 star review. Because it does what it's supposed to do! All the equipment you need to build muscle, incredibly quiet even in January, nice vibe, members are chilled and friendly. I love going! More...

Plenty of mechanics but has gone down hill since Karl sold gym. No classes and the sauna has been ripped out. Not many of the lockers work

Machines out of order, leaking ceilings. Makes you wonder where the fee's from gym goers is going every month if it isn't into the business.

Been there a few times and everytime I go there is no one at the desk if you have any questions or if your card isn’t working good luck! as you’ll just have to wait around till someone shows up or come back another day! (Which I had to do!) Other then that when the staff are there there polite and welcoming...I’ve now left as had way too many issues with getting in and being overly packed at certain times and if you go earlier then there’s no one at the desk so if you having any issues you’ll just have to come back another day and hope for the best! On another note not having anyone at the desk for a considerable amount of time when you have “Items” on display eg ,protien powders and bars etc is not a good idea! More...

Great little gym, has a good range of equipment and areas you can work out in. They just added a better range of bars and other bits as well. The people are really friendly in there and helpful should you need it. More...

Sports/Deep tissue Massage
Soft Tissue Therapy (Deep tissue/sports massage) is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. This allows an increased range of motion (ROM) for the joints, an increase in flexibility in the muscles as well as removing muscle tension. This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment and is recommended only for 1 issue/injury.
Full Body MOT
The full body MOT is our most popular gold standard treatment. This is similar to the deep tissue/sports massage treatment but allows us more time (90 mins) to treat the whole bodying focus on both upper and lower limb problems.
