What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Anderson Cleaning Services Ltd, all our staff come equipped with gloves, protective masks, and aprons, bring their own personal sanitize, which they use after cleaning each area,
Before moving on to the next area. On completion, they will sanitize their hands, then all indoor handles, followed by the outdoor handles, and locks to protect your clients and their staff.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Full clean of property. Studio Flat from £150.00 to £395.00 for a 5-bedroom property.
Price includes our professional cleaning materials and equipment.
If wanted carpet plus windows internal and white goods i.e., fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave can also be costed and cleaned.
Carpet Cleaning
From Single Room at £30.00, to £55.00 for From Single Room at £30.00, to £55.00 for Living Room/Lounge,
Single and Double Rooms £30.00 or £45.00.
Hallway and landing £25.00.
Stairs £30.00 per step.
Bathroom £6.00.
All Cleaning Materials and Equipment are included in the price.

Domestic And Office Cleaning.
Visits. Weekly or fortnightly. £17.00 per hour per cleaner.
All open office plan areas, rooms, kitchen areas, corridors, stairways, toilets and cloakrooms.
The required minimum £17.00 per hour, per cleaner, with a minimum of 2. to 2.5 hours.
The number of cleaners to be decided following a site visit. The customer needs to provide cleaning materials and equipment. All rates are for one cleaner. Minimum stay per visit: 2 to 2.5 hours. Extra charge of £20.00 should our equipment be used by request or necessity
After Party Deep Cleaning.
Price £30.00 per hour, per cleaner.
At least 1 cleaner for 4 hours per one-off cleaning visit.

Price, £25 per hour.
Customers are responsible for providing cleaning materials and equipment.
