I have had many treatments with the lovely Helen, all of which have been amazing. Have also been on a number of her courses, the most recent being the Deep Tissue Massage course. The courses are always relaxed, yet informative, with plenty of hands on training. What impresses me most, is that Helen encourages students to contact her after the course, if they need any help and will set aside quality time to go over whatever is needed. I've been struggling with stomach pain and stress for nearly two years. I visited Helen yesterday who did a combination of massage on my stomach to help my hiatus hernia, reflexology and reiki. Fantastic first day of practical training. Helen really put me at ease and helped me get over my nerves and lack of self confidence.

Absolutely loved my 45 minute hot stone massage x from the first point of contact right to seeing me out the door, I felt Helen was approachable, friendly and made me feel at ease x the massage was amazing and I didn’t want it to end x at one point I felt so relaxed I could feel myself drifting off and not thinking about anything (which never happens).
