Best quality massage by a professional with extensive knowledge, training, and passion for her art. I have been to 6 other masseurs in Aberdeen, 5 others in Glasgow, and 8 others internationally, and the one who easily takes the cake is Val at Anahata well being. I have recommended Val to colleagues and friends, and she will always be my go-to. Cannot recommend this place enough. Went for a facial today, Val is such s lovely lady, very kind and gentle. Loved my facial, which included a wee massage too.
My mum had a neck and back massage, she said it is the best massage she has ever had!
Highly recommend a visit to Val to de-stress yourself.
