From the original booking, through to the trial & the wedding day itself I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Amy! She listened to what I wanted for my makeup along with my bridesmaids and it was exactly what I imagined. On the wedding day once she had done everyone’s makeup she then helped with flowers, my dress and everything in-between. I had my special day in April 2022, Amy was beyond amazing. Her skills exceeded my expectations, mine and my parties make up stayed flawless all day. I'm not a person who wears a lot of make up, but Amy created the right balance for my day and made me feel extra special. Amy did mine, my 3 bridesmaids and my mums makeup on our wedding day at Samlesbury Hall. Wow where do I start? She was so professional but chilled and gave me the calmness that I needed on my wedding morning! Everything worked seamlessly as she had put a schedule together for the morning. The makeup was so natural but also glam which is just what I wanted for my wedding! My bridesmaids and mum all loved their makeup so much. The makeup lasted all night, even after throwing lots of moves on the dance floor. My mum even said she’d love to book Amy again if we had another event we needed our makeup doing for! Amy kept me up to date on emails and was prompt at replying. The trial I had before the wedding was also lovely to meet Amy and gave her chance to meet me and find out a bit about our wedding. Amy did mine, my bridesmaids, and my mum’s make up for my wedding at the end of April. My trial with her was two years ago, and we had two postponements due to the dreaded Covid. All the way through the uncertainty Amy was great at keeping in touch and seamlessly moved our booking. On the day Amy let me know she was on her way, which added to our excitement. She is so professional, friendly and helpful. Amy also organised for Nichola to do our hair and both of them did such a brilliant job. We looked and felt truly amazing. Amy did mine and 3 of the bridal party’s make up for our wedding. At both the trail and on the day my make up was amazing, I was so so happy with it! As we’re my bridesmaids, who looked gorgeous. It all lasted all day and looks fab even in the post-midnight photos. I had suggested a couple of tweaks to make following the trial and it was no problem to Amy, she was totally on board with making sure I just felt like the best version of myself. From booking, to the trial, to the actual day, Amy was amazing! She was really responsive to communications and just really easy to deal with. On the day Amy was a delight to have in the room, I don’t like a lot of fuss when I’m getting ready so I had sorted of dreaded the wedding morning. However, Amy was super chilled and pleasantly chatty, it didn’t feel like a chore sitting in the chair. Amy also helped with a few final bits like getting the bouquet ends dried off, helping with dressing, closing the windows (and blowing out the candle I had lit in the hotel room!). Where do I start… I’m the type of girl who has little to no make up. I love make up but I always feel make up doesn’t suit me. On my wedding day I wanted to look and feel like me. Amy is amazing at what she does. From the minute I booked her she was professional and easy to communicate with. On the day she was such a calming presence, the morning was so relaxed and all my bridesmaids commented on how reassuring she was. As well as my bridesmaids she did my mum’s and husbands mum’s makeup, they were nervous as they don’t wear lashes or much makeup but it was beautiful and they were both so happy. My makeup was perfect and lasted all day, photographed beautifully. I was conscious as I have bad skin but the airbrush makeup was flawless and I felt so confident. As an added extra she did a beautiful Instagram reel of the morning😍 and helped with last min touches. I cannot recommend this girl more! Thank you so much xxx More...
