Q&As

The thing that I love most about my job is problem solving with a client and finding a way forward that can make a positive change to their lives.

I have been working part time since I had my children 11 years ago. I still need that flexibility now for child care and also to enable me to continue my voluntary job with Home Start.

I have 15 years experience working in the field of mental well being, with some psychology, counselling and psychotherapeutic training. I have a warm, empathic and non-judgemental approach to my work. Specialising now in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy I am dedicated to helping people overcome hurdles in their lives.

I can provide support remotely (either by phone, using Microsoft Teams or Skype) using a confidential space in my premises.

I only work remotely at the moment. At a time when I am able to provide face to face support I will supply hand sanitiser upon arrival and the sessions will be in a well ventilated room.
