I’m Naomi Jackson, founder of Amber Wellbeing; an inflexible Hatha yoga teacher and food-loving Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, on a mission to inspire healthy living for everyone. The Amber Wellbeing community is welcoming and inclusive.

Offering group and private yoga sessions both face-to-face and online, and 1-1 nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I have a holistic and honest approach.

Naomi is a fantastic teacher, always encouraging, giving various options for levels of poses through the class along with clear instructions. Never too serious and always ready with a smile. I have really enjoyed the outdoor yoga sessions this Summer and look forward to moving to a studio class in the Autumn . More...

I always look forward to Naomi’s Tuesday night session when I am able to join. I know that I’m in for a relaxed, comfortably challenging and enjoyable session. Naomi is completely grounded, and is clearly very passionate about what she does, and ensuring her students are getting the best out of their sessions whilst also making it fun. It’s also very rare to get a virtual live yoga class at such a good rate these days. Would 100% recommend this awesome Yogini More...

Q&As

A colourful, consistent and varied healthy diet is key to feeling well in both body and mind. It doesn't have to be boring or restrictive, nor does it require hours of cooking or preparation if you do not have the time. A well-balanced, nutrient-dense diet can be delicious, exciting, protective and manageable.

The opportunity to inspire healthy living through yoga and/or nutrition. For many people it's the thought of making initial changes or knowing where to start that can seem overwhelming, so I love being able to break those barriers down with the client and show them how powerful, easy and sustainable small changes can be!

Yoga - I run weekly group sessions each Tuesday evening and can offer private 1-1 sessions via Zoom.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach - Online sessions are fantastic because they allow the client to find a coach they have rapport with no matter their location, and good rapport and trust are key when working together!

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching -working on a collaborative 1-1 basis to reach your health and wellness goals.

Detailed diet analysis, plus a holistic look at your day-to-day routine, stress levels, sleep patterns and, importantly, how to overcome any barriers that may be preventing you from becoming the best version of you!

All advice is tailored to your goals and changes we choose to make are guided by what you feel comfortable with.

Virtual classes are live and guided exactly as an in-person class would be, so stay cosy at home and join in.

Yoga in the Garden are 60 minute outdoor sessions taking place in the garden of The Lismoyne Hotel, Fleet, Hampshire.

Every Thursday between April and September, this hour class is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Listening to the birds, feeling the summer warmth (hopefully!) and escaping from our screens for a short while!

A mixed abilities class - beginners most welcome.

If group classes do not fit with your schedule or perhaps you’d prefer to start practising on a 1-1 basis, then private sessions may be best for you!

Face-to-face sessions are available in and around Fleet, Hampshire, or private sessions can be run virtually.

1-1 sessions are tailored to your goals.

Choosing the right coach for you is important and for this reason I offer a no-obligation, free Discovery Call. This initial call is 20 minutes and is a chance for us to discuss what your goals are, any ‘problem’ areas of your life you’d like support with and a little time for us to get to know one another. We both get the opportunity to assess whether we’re a good match and if I’m the right practitioner to help you on your journey.
