What inspired you to start your own business?
I came up with my business idea while being a cubicle monkey in an IT firm.
I wanted the freedom of running my own business, and by starting my company, I could give the work life-balance to my fellow team members too. I believe that there are better ways to conduct a business (without lying to customers, and without making lives of employees a hell).
Custom Software Development
We aim to design solutions in human centric approach where we focus on usage patterns, human behaviors and change adoption. Any design has to be intuitive, friendly and "poka yoke" driven.
We have quickly learned, in our short history of operations, that design diligence is fundamental to any business problem - if critical requirement and needs are not recognized while designing, no amount of configuration and customization can provide sustainability & reliability.
