Fantastic experience. My partner and I couldn't believe how effective the stain removing was, we have 2 young boys and both the sofa & carpet had been ruined over the past few years. Ben from Amaze transformed them back to their former glory. Fantastic customer service, great quality, polite, punctual and trustworthy. We will be recommending Amaze to friends & family. Thank you Amaze. More...

STEP 1: PRE-CLEAN SURVEY
Before any cleaning takes place, we must first understand more about the carpet. Fibre/pile type, carpet construction and backing material is identified, as well as any pre-existing defects and stains. We communicate all our findings to the customer to make sure they are happy before proceeding.
STEP 2: VACUUMING
Dry vacuuming is carried out first to extract as much loose dirt from the carpet as possible. Commercial grade vacuum cleaners, which are more powerful than domestic vacuums, are able to extract the maximum about of material ready for cleaning.

STEP 3: PRE-SPRAY
The correct pre-spray solution is selected and mixed. Before applying, precautions are taken if needed such as moving furniture, covering TVs or valuables and taping up areas to protect from residue. The pre-spray is applied carefully to the carpet, with any overspray wiped down with water.
STEP 4: AGITATION
The pre-spray is worked into the carpet fibres by agitation. This loosens up the dirt particles and allows the pre-spray solution to draw out as much dirt and grime as possible ready for extraction. Agitating the carpet also means fewer wand passes are required by the extraction machine, meaning faster drying times and less risk of over-wetting.
STEP 5: EXTRACTION
A hot water extraction machine is used to extract the loosened soiling. A hot water with citrus rinse aid solution is pumped into the carpet, and is immediataly vacuumed, with care taken not to over-wet the carpet. Harder to reach areas are cleaned using a hand tool extension.

STEP 6: STAIN REMOVAL
Any persistent stains can be treated seperately with specialised spotting agents. Amaze Cleaning will always try and remove spots and stains to the best of our ability, however we can never guarantee the removal of all types of stain as some stains permanently dye the fabric!

STEP 7: GROOMING AND DRYING
As a final and important step, the carpet is brushed so that the carpet pile is even and vertical as possible. Aside from making the carpet look nice and pretty, this also avoids carpet wand streaks drying into the carpet as well as speeds up the drying time!

HOW WE CLEAN YOUR SOFA FROM START TO FINISH
1. Pre-clean inspection
Before cleaning your sofa, we need to understand what type of fibres your sofa is made of, as well as check for any defects, stains or hidden areas that may cause colour bleed.

2. Vacuum
Thoroughly vacuuming with a commercial standard vacuum is essential in order to remove any loose dirt particles.

3. Pre-spray and agitation
Depending on what fibres your sofa is made from, a specific cleaning solution is sprayed onto the surface before being gently agitated into the material. This process will break down dirt, oils and other pollutants ready for extraction.

4. Extraction
Hot water extraction is then used to extract the soiled solution from the sofa. Extra care is taken not to over-wet the sofa, as this can lead to damage or discolouration.

5. Drying
Once the sofa is cleaned, we use special air movers and blowers to speed up the drying process.
