Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We supply all products and equipment for end of tenancies, deep cleans and void cleans. For regular domestic clients we ask for them to provide a vacuum and a mop to adhere to infection control guidelines during Covid-19.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are adhering to socially distance working by sending solo cleaners while we can. We use PPE when working including face masks and disposable gloves. Risk assessments are in place to keep our staff and clients safe during this uncertain time and they are reviewed monthly. Hand hygiene is a big focus right now and we are making sure staff know the important or correct hand washing procedures as well as the importance of 2 step cleaning when disinfecting surfaces!
