I wanted to start of this review with a massive thank you to Lydia and her team for catering for our event. It was a university event with over 120 people and Lydia went above and beyond our expectations to provide us with a range of food and desserts all at a very affordable price for us students. The food tasted great - full of flavour and spices with our guests repeatedly coming back for seconds! Lydia was responsive and receptive to any feedback regarding her initial menu proposals and we worked together to create a menu that was really popular. From the very start of our Always Truffle experience we were impressed. Lydia contacted us by phone very early on to introduce herself, which nobody else had. Her menu was elegant and tasteful, not trying-to-hard OTT fancy. EXACTLY the right mix with a choice of three dishes for each course. At every stage she made helpful suggestions and she brought sample meals and wine to our house to make sure we liked everything and adjusted anything we had preferences on.

On the day of my birthday. Jade and Lydia transformed my dining area, made DELICIOUS Amuse-Bouche and cocktails that were divine. The crew delivered on every course thereafter, and left my kitchen sparkling at the end. The service was impeccable and their energy and passion was evident in the work they put in. In summary: unique in many ways, engaging, fun and simply delightful on all levels.

The evening was very well prepared and coordinated. .. including a range of priorities in terms of allergies and vegetarian options, etc. Lydia explained all dishes in detail with a passion while she and her top team were preparing the food in front of the guests... so much fun, and so much to learn... timing was great and the dishes were both, mouth- and eye-watering.

The presentation was beautiful all around, original and inventive... rounded up with recommendations for matching wines for all courses followed by delicious desserts... can't recommend Always Truffle enough... thanks again for a wonderful evening! More...

Lydia and her team were brilliant. Whilst the adults enjoyed food ranging from oysters to beetroot salad in one room, our kids, in another room, had the most amazing chicken katzu, which kept them busy whilst the adults had fun.

We had one vegetarian in our party who was as delighted as the rest of us. I honestly don't think we could have got better food in a single restaurant in our neighbourhood (and we have a ton of restaurants in our neighbourhood).

The team from Always Truffle were also brilliant. They knew how much to engage with us, were super professional, made all my guests wonderfully at ease and could talk, with passion, about the food we were eating, and it was clear the ingredients were sourced fresh that day from London's best markets.
