Amazing, fabulous, beautiful , I could go on .. What a pleasure to walk into a welcoming and friendly shop.. the staff were delightful and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us . Coffee, tea , Prosecco, offered as we came in . The dresses are sensational, amazing range . There mother of the bride store and prom dresses are out of this world, I will be taking my mom there for her outfit. I went into the prom dress section and wow .. so many styles and colours.. To all brides to be; Lula Ann Bridal is definitely the place to go for your dream dress!! After visiting 5 other dress shops in the Birmingham area and feeling despondent with what I was seeing I arrived at Lula Ann’s and tried on 3 of their many beautiful dresses in their collection. The 2nd dress is now the dress I will be married in on the 28th July. I am so excited as I simply love my dress it is exactly what I wanted. The dresses are beautiful quality with the most elegant detail, they simply are breathtaking. The staff in the shop are also wonderful, they are not pushy, and give honest, friendly advice. Nothing is too much trouble either, I changed my mind about which veil at last minute and they happily agreed to put it on hold whilst I decided what I would like. This is was the first bridal shop i went to and could not fault them on anything. the ladies were so helpful the dress selection is amazing all the dresses are beautiful found mine within a hour. What an amazing mother of the bride shop recently opened to complement bridal shop. Girls were so friendly, made so welcome, choice of outfits stunning. Nothing was to much trouble large selection to try on and advise is second to none. I tried on at least 10 outfits , but went with my first choice. I walk past this shop every day and am always amazed by the beautiful dresses in the window, so when my sister got engaged, I was excited to recommend this shop to her. My sister visited another five shops and in the end bought her dress from here. The dresses were absolutely stunning, not just that though, the ladies in the shop were extremely helpful. They were amazing at finding out what my sister liked and didn't about each dress she tried on and then found ones that fitted with her likes and dislikes which meant she ended up with a dress that was simply perfect. The ladies also stuck to budget which is so important with a wedding dress, when you can just let your imagination run wild. They made us all feel very special, even me and my mother! They were really down to earth and made the experience really special. Always loved this shop when driving past, when I got engaged this was the only place I wanted to go to. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel so speacial. They allowed me to try different dresses on and even gave me help with some styles to suit me. I was made to feel extremely welcome and ended up purchasing my dream dress. I just want to say a huge thanks to the ladies at Lula Ann. Having been to a few wedding shops, where, because being a plus size lady, I’d ended up almost in tears because they either hadn’t got many plus sized dresses in stock or being made to feel like I should of lost at least 4 stone before thinking about trying a dress on. I walked into Lula Ann after standing outside for a while plucking the nerve to go in. How completely different I was made to feel, I was shown to a changing room and had at least 6 dresses that had been picked out that they thought I would like, as I’d completely given up, and it was the 3rd dress in I stopped. We’d found THE DRESS... ❤️ They even made me a chiffon jacket to wear with my dress so that it covered my arms. I was so scared walking in as had had a bad experience in another shop. These wonderful ladies put me at ease and I walked away from the shop having paid for the dress of my dreams and feeling like a woman instead of a child playing dress up. Fully recommended!
