Our render had red stains and black stains and the house looked very poor for it. When it rained, the red staining went very bright. I was slow to realise that this was a living algaeI contacted SkyLine Softwash through the webpage. Alex and Lukas popped round, did a test patch, provided a written quote and then came to do the job.Very professional and taking care with the garden and being considerate about pets.What a transformation. We started using SkyLine Softwash (Al's Window Cleaning) a few months ago after our previous window cleaner was no longer able to continue (no problems with his service or results). We have been extremely impressed with the SkyLine service; the finished results; the reliability; the payment method and the smart appearance of the guys who arrive to do the work. We know from the schedule when to expect them (also confirmed prior to their visit). It won't matter if we are not at home, they will crack on and carry out the work, and because of their payment system, we don't have to be at home with cash to pay them. Well we previously used another company but when there was a mix up regarding a cheque payment they became extremely rude. We had been loyal customers for years and there attitude was not pleasant.However we then found Al and everything changed and all for the better.The team are really nice and friendly and I guess that comes from being happy in their job.One of our windows was difficult to reach as it’s above the conservatory but this never phased them and they stood on the wall around the fishpond as this wasn’t going to defeat them.What more is there to say than they are the best around and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I rang Al from Al’s window cleaning as the render on my house was very black to see if there was any way of cleaning it. Al came to view my property and discussed the way his team could get my render looking like new. They have a self contained vehicle solely for cleaning Render and showed me previous works. We booked Al’s team in to come and clean our house, we were booked in and the team arrived on the day they said they would, completed the works which was interesting to see the difference of the Render as they were cleaning, our house now looks like new again if not better than when the Remder was first done :) and to top it off they used environmentally products and also protected the house so the Render will last longer from the British weather.
