What was important to me , that the guys were polite, and took regular breaks to review the job as they progressed to ensure they understand the issues as the job progressed. recently i have had my cherry tree cut down, i am pleased of the outcome they left my garden neat and tidy ,they were very friendly and polite i am extremely glad i chose als tree surgery for the job i highly recomend this compony for any tree work !!!!!!

We used Al’s Tree Surgery to take down two trees and halve the size of another. Al and his four helpers, were very good. The weather was awful and they got very wet! It was hard physical work and they definitely earned their money. Al was very clever in that all three trees were hard up against neighbours’ fences any yet he managed not to do any damage or let branches fall into their gardens. A job well done. Thank you. More...

I liked the way I received a clear estimate at the initial visit and it was very good value. The team in the office is very hardworking and sent me regular emails to report progress with the local authority (because of a TPO on both my trees). The team came when they said they would come and did an excellent job despite the pouring rain. After I paid the firm I noted a couple of things still needed to be done. They returned on the day arranged and I got to know the team a bit and found them very enthusiastic and with a good sense of humour.I would certainly recommend them without reservation. More...

I can only comment on the work that Allan and his team of 3 [ this includes Allan], did for my mate and myself. I employed Allan of Ale's Tree Surgery based on the top job he did in my mates back garden [ Val who lives in Winkle-tyle Lane Hornchurch] Val and her husband had one of the biggest trees in the area, and Allan did an excellent job of pruning it down to a manageable size. The work he did for me was fast and very efficient. I had eight very tall and very wide laylandii, he removed all 8 including the stumps in record time, for a very reasonable price, and I might add all the mess that was created was also fully cleaned away, plus he pruned my 22Ft xmas for free.If its garden work you want done then contact this guy.
