During my construction days I was always upset by the way Party Wall Surveyors would miss applied the Party Wall etc Act 1996 to actually stir up trouble between neighbours rather than trying to settle disputes. I have enjoyed bringing neighbours that have been at war together again and also prevented some of the rogue surveyors from taking financial advantage of the Act.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my construction days I was always upset by the way Party Wall Surveyors would miss applied the Party Wall etc Act 1996 to actually stir up trouble between neighbours rather than trying to ease and settle disputes.
As such, I decided to become a qualified Party Wall Surveyor myself so that I could assist those local to me the best I could. I have always offered a free, impartial advice service and have quickly built up an excellent reputation within the field.
I have enjoyed bringing neighbours that have been at war back together and talking again while also prevented some of the rogue party wall surveyors from taking financial advantage of Building Owners under the Act.

Serving of Notices - Party Wall Etc. Act 1996
We can prepare and serve all required Party Wall Notices upon your neighbour on your behalf and offer all parties free impartial advice to ensure a swift resolution to any concerns
Schedule of Condition - Protecting all parties!
Our schedule of conditions are produced by experts in the field. We first visit your neighbours property and inspect the areas likely to be affected by the proposed works, noting and taking digital photographs of any existing defects. On average over 150 photographs are taken per schedule to ensure thorough documentation of the condition of the property. The notes and photograph references are then compiled into a comprehensive report which is provided to both parties. The actual photographic images are not included in the report thus preserving the privacy of your neighbour but are available for reference should they be required in the event of claimed damage.
Party Wall Awards
In the event of Party Wall notice/s being dissented to a Party Wall Award is required. Our professional Party Wall Surveyors are experienced in resolving such disputes and in preparing and serving the right party wall award for all parties concerned swiftly and without fuss.
