Just had our move today and couldn't be happier. Jordan , Carlos , Dino and Steve did an amazing job, with high levels of professionalism and friendliness. It's very easy to see that they put a lot of pride into their work. All our items were extremely well taken care of and arrived in great condition. They took great care when loading and offloading, and were very accomodating. Absolutely recommend them to anyone. The move itself went smoothly, no damage to items, price was best we found with thorough research and the long history of high star reviews. Worth every penny. We would like to say a massive thank you to Alpha Removals Ltd for our move - they were brilliantly responsive and professional every step of the way you put us at ease with quite a tricky move from day one. They were the most reasonably priced we came across and honestly have been the most professional and fantastic company. They were on hand to answer any questions and gave us clear information from the get go with timings and what was required of us. We are so grateful as it felt like such an overwhelming job to coming from our London flat and my parents home - but Jordan and Diego were polite, punctual and just a delight from the start. They worked really hard and were very careful with all our items - wrapping the furniture and taking great care to move everything. Even the tricky items like our awkward treadmill they were able to shift and they completed both jobs with a fantastic attitude and good humour considering how much there was to do. We had two heavy book shelves and many boxes of books. Even my parents were impressed with the care they took.

Absolutely recommend Jordan and his team! Jordan was very quick to respond to my request for moving as he had contracted me as soon as I put my details on Bark. Jordan and Ali were very reliable during the move and made sure that all of the items were transported safely using protective covering for the delicate and fabric items so they wouldn’t get scuffed. Everything was very quick and they offered to rearrange the furniture however I asked. They also disassembled and assembled the big furniture with no fuss. All in all it went very smooth and timely. I cannot recommend Alpha Removals Ltd highly enough. We recently moved house in a very quick move that had a lot of uncertainty and delays. When I put in a quote with a price comparison website, Alpha Removals Ltd came up as one of the options. Of the three companies I was directed to, Alpha Removals was the only company that followed up with me personally. Jordan called me a couple times, once when I was still comparing, and again later when I thought we'd have a move date but didn't yet. He advised me it was a busy time to move but that he could give me a quote from a WhatsApp survey of our house and then be given a FLEXIBLE date from that quote! This was a life saver, because the week before our move date, we were told it would be at least one day LATER. I called Jordan and he changed the date for us on extremely short notice. The movers themselves were extremely professional and friendly and treated all of our furniture and belongings with care, and even offered to bring a couple extra boxes after he'd arrived. The job was done in a few hours, and the next day they met us at our property up north, a several hours long journey! We were even running late to get to the property because of further delays, but we called to say as much and we weren't given any grief about it. Everyone who worked with us was attentive and friendly, all of our belongings were in perfect condition once they left, and it made the stress of a massive move so, so much easier from start to finish.
