Boiler Service
The following shall be checked as part of annual service:-
Water and gas pipe inspection.
All Seals are in tact
Electrical connections are clean and in good condition.
Correct gas pressure and flow.
Fans and other key components are working efficiently.
Flue and combustion.
A flue gas analysis will be carried out to confirm boiler is burning correct gas and air.
Safety devices are working correctly.
Condensate trap is checked for blockages.
General cleaning internal parts of boiler.
Annual Gas Fire Service
Annual Service of ILFE & DFE Fires.
Checking and cleaning all debris build up within fire parts and flue ways, check appliance gas rates, flue flow and spillage checks.
Gas Cooker / Hob Install
Install of new gas cooker or hob.
New Cooker hose and connections.
Install of safety chains & or stability hooks
Gas valve if new hob.
Check correct gas pressure and flow.
Check safety devices work correctly.
Annual Gas Landlord Certification
Checking of all property gas appliances, fittings, chimneys and flues are working safely and efficiently and to manufacturers instructions.
Visual examination of all visible gas pipework.
Test for tightness of property gas system.
Check CO monitor is present and working.
Boiler Installations / Renewals.
Carry out boiler installations as per each appliance recommendations and all to building regulation standards.
