My mother died last year at the age of 105. For the last 3 years of her life, Leicestershire County Council provided in-house care for her - appointing Alliance Specialist Care to do so. She was suffering from old age, dementia and incontinence. Alliance Specialist Care supplied 2 dedicated nurses to look after her on a 24 hour in house basis. Throughout that period and right up to the moment of her death - she had the love, care and attention that would have befitted HM The Queen. My mother was kept clean and excellently fed and cared for. Alliance provided - often free of charge - Birthday cakes and such items for "celebratory occasions". I would be privileged and honoured to have Alliance caring for me if I ever have need to do so, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody in need of loving, dedicated care and attention. Leaving you comfortable, smiling and happy. It is our desire to make a difference in someone's life by providing quality care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need to provide person centred care made me realise that, at times you don't need these big organisations to be the only providers. The smaller the provider the easier it will become to have that instant direct contact conversation with the person receiving care.
