Having worked in Facilities Management for many, many years, and experienced several cleaning companies during that time, Alliance have been a breath of fresh air since they took over the contract 3 years ago. I maintain that a large part of a cleaning company's success is down to the cleaners themselves, but the management plays a huge role in keeping the cleaners motivated and happy. There will always be problems or things that go wrong, but it's how they are dealt with. Alliance responds quickly and keenly to any queries or problems I may send them, and they are flexible enough to work with me and my - sometimes - crazy ideas.
