DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! my son purchased a New Balance bat from the Sheffield branch at the end of March. It cost £350.
It split, and we could not get in contact with the company. They do not answer the phones, or emails. It was only when I contacted NB customer service that I finally heard back form Allrounder. I sent the bat back the beginning of May, and it is now 24th June and still no bat. They are not answering my emails. This is atrocious customer service, please avoid buying from them. The customer service manager should any of you get ripped off from this company is Macy Logan. Her email is macey@allroundercricket. Please, somebody do something to stop this company behaving so despicably.

I’m giving 5 stars because I promised to do so for Adrian C based on the excellent service he provided on 4 Dec 2019, and I definitely received everything he promised and promptly. My thanks to him for resolving what was a long-standing order issue (first ordered in early October). The issue I had was partly to do with a pre-order of a bag that apparently was still not delivered by the manufacturer as promised in November. By the time Adrian helped resolve this over the phone (I rang the store) with selecting another bag, other items I had ordered were no longer available. This was despite my understanding from the shopping cart they were being held as part of my order, so a bit disappointed with that part. Again Adrian provided excellent service to stay on the phone until he found replacement items that were acceptable to me. After finalising the order, he emailed immediately afterwards to confirm what had been agreed. However prior to dealing with Adrian, the communication was very poor, ranging from conflicting answers between online chat and emails (not from Adrian), to long periods of no response, which is consistent with other negative reviews here. Furthermore, some correspondence from the store (also not Adrian) was not a true representation of the status of my order.Overall I would say pricing is good, delivery fees are fair, but you need to follow up with this store and make sure they really do have the stock available and can deliver it in a timely manner, otherwise be prepared to wait (unless of course you can get a hold of Adrian!). Bit of a wobble, but came through in the end. First league match on Saturday but no kit yet despite ordering more than 3 weeks ago (some numpty pre-ordered a shirt and delayed everything) - took a while to find out what had happened but once we realized what had happened Adrian stepped in, sorted everything out and the team has their kit in time for the match.
