The All plumbing care Service is one of the Best l have used. The plumber Mr Silvio is very professional, his respond time is excellent the best communicator, l have come across.
He does not keep you waiting and presents full details of job requested , costs are individually itemised, giving me a 100% clarity and meeting of the mine and he works exactly to the agreed written contract.
He agrees any variations l made to the job specification and updated me in writing.
He installed a complete new bathroom suite, removals and replaced with complete new wall and floor tiling with brand new 2 toilets and 2 sinks installed. He took time to draw the plan of work l wanted and he explained in detail writing how the work would progress, from the beginning to the end. He updated me daily with pictures and photos.
He never rushed to another job and help me to source the listed work materials l needed to buy. He was not wasteful with material but help me to get discounted materials l needed.
He was passionate about his job, very respectful, personality, he listens to your job requirements, everything was clearly communicated in writing, from the beginning to the end of job no misunderstanding or argument.
It was refreshing to have a computent Operative that was not just knowledgeable, but was passionate about his work and he cleans after himself.

Responded immediately. He was able to predict the cause of the problem by looking at photos. We called him to fix the toilet flush leak which he explained and fixed very efficiently and we also asked him to fix the toilet seat and the flush.
Also the 2nd toilet seat and tissue holder and the kitchen sink leak which we never requested over the phone.
He is very genuine, friendly, professional and wasn’t hesitant when we requested the above.
We would definitely call him again and we highly recommend his service. He had everything needed to fix all the issue in hand. His communication was excellent and very clear.
His price was very reasonable. He will definitely be the one we will contact again. He went the extra mile to come and fix the leak at night as it was emergency.

Silviu came to fix a leaking external pipe, change a kitchen tap and fix 2 radiators but also ended up fixing an issue with shower and another external pipe.
Excellent work to a great standard, also very punctual, polite and nothing is too much hassle.
I can't recommend Silviu enough to others. He is the best plumber that i have ever dealt with and being a landlord of few properties i have dealt with a lot of plumbers over last 15 years.

It seems difficult at first, and when you get closer and have a look, everything make sense and easy to get the issue done. This is how I use to feel every time when I was dealing with Plumbing. Now, I can tell you from the first look what we need and how I can fix the issue and how long it takes.

Well, water, is one of the most important thing in life. And when I see the customer with the issue and the feeling of "I have this problem and is really annoying'' , It motivate me to fix that particular issue, just so I can hear the customer saying: Wow, Thanks very much, You really make my day. The feeling of freedom.
And one day I was thinking deeply and asking myself: What is the difference between me and my boss? Why he is my boss? And why I’m working for him? What makes him be in the boss position? What makes me be in the working for him position?

Why should our clients choose you?
First is because If I get a call back after I’ve done a job, that’s a waste of my time because I have to go back to the customer and fix or refix the issue without getting paid. That’s why I have to make myself from the beginning 100% sure to get the job done at the highest quality so I don’t get calls back regarding the same issue.
Second is because I'm the most honest plumber in the world.
Picture this: I’m going inside the property, the customer show me the issue, and I start to inspect it, If I can do it, I say: Ok, I can fix it. It cost this much, it takes this time to do it and I can do it today, now or another day (we discussing about it).
Or
If I’m in the middle of fixing an issue, and I realise I can’t get it done, I’m not hiding the issue. I say to the customer this: Unfortunately I can’t fix this issue my self. We have to look for another plumber. And I help the customer to find another one or I recommend myself from the top plumbers I know. I give 100% my full attention and my energy just to get the customer satisfied. I never leave my customer with a feeling of “unknown” And I always leave them with the issue fixed or with a solution.

I’m wearing a medical mask, disposal gloves, disposal shoes cover, I have my own sanitary gel and I’m washing my hands every time I finish a job.
