I feel so lucky to love my work. Seeing people grow and get better is the best reward one could get.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about improving mental well-being in my area and for everyone to be familiar with simple things they can do to improve their own lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
I endeavour to follow what the most recent research shows as being effective in the counselling room. I introduce all clients to healthy mind habits as an ongoing preventative measure for mental unrest. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). We keeps our rates competitive as we want everyone to be able to afford counselling. Depending on your issues we will offer you to work with the lowest price we can offer.
